Raphael Mouterde

I have been producing classical music recordings for over two decades, collaborating with leading artists, orchestras, and record labels worldwide. My work spans solo, chamber, choral, orchestral, and operatic repertoire, and has been recognised with Grammy and Echo Klassik awards.

I began my career as a music editor at Floating Earth and Abbey Road Studios, working on projects with Sir Simon Rattle, Ian Bostridge, and Leif Ove Andsnes, as well as film soundtracks such as The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Since then, I have produced recordings for labels including Warner Classics, Deutsche Grammophon, Decca, Signum, among others. I work with organisations such as the BBC and the Royal Ballet & Orchestra in Covent Garden.

Alongside producing, I engineer and mix in Dolby Atmos. I strive to bring a focused, collaborative approach to every project — from studio sessions to live broadcasts. Please get in touch if you’re planning a project and would like to bring it to life.
