Welcome!

This site will give you a quick overview of what I'm up to. Don't hesitate to contact me.

I am very passionate about my work as a classical music record producer. For more than 15 years, I have been producing recordings for major labels and production companies including Warner Classics, DG, Decca, Signum, Coro, Naxos as well as the BBC and the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.

An award-winning producer (Grammy and Echo Klassik), I have worked with outstanding artists such as George Benjamin, Harry Christophers, Mark Elder, Mark Padmore, Pekka Kuusisto, Allan Clayton, Carolyn Sampson and renowned ensembles, among them the Hallé, BBC SO, LPO, RPO, OAE, Aurora Orchestra, the Sixteen and the Handel & Haydn Society in Boston.

In 2000 and for almost 10 years, I worked as a music editor at Abbey Road Studios. I enjoyed editing for EMI albums of Sir Simon Rattle, Ian Bostridge, Leif Ove Andsnes, Han-Na Chang, Michel Plasson to name but a few. I have fond memories of working on the soundtrack album of The Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers, and also of the manic times in Berlin for the recording of Rattle's New Years' Eve concert in 2002.

I engineer and mix some of my recordings, in stereo or in 5.1 surround. The first CD for Warner Classics of the Aurora Orchestra conducted by Nick Collon, called Road Trip which I engineered and produced, received an Echo Klassick Award.

I always aim to bring a focused yet friendly outlook to my activities, as a producer or sound engineer, from recording sessions to live broadcasts to cinemas worldwide.
